DESCRIPTION

We have the red, white, and blue with this recipe. Let’s make refreshing bubble tea with refreshing flavors! No matter the type of tea you mix in your boba, it’s never the same without tapioca.


DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Bring 8 cups of water to a boil then stir in the Reese® Large Pearl Tapioca. Cook uncovered while stirring occasionally on medium-high heat for 50-60 minutes or until the tapioca pearls are completely opaque. Drain the tapioca pearls, rinse well then transfer to a bowl with simple syrup and some to the red maraschino cherries juice.
  2. To make the red bubble tea, add coconut milk, red maraschino cherries juice, and the tapioca pearls soaking in the red maraschino cherries juice to a glass.
  3. To make the white bubble tea, add coconut milk and tapioca pearls soaking in the simple syrup to a glass.
  4. To make the blue bubble tea, add coconut milk, blue tea and tapioca pearls soaking in the simple syrup to a glass.
