Anchovy Garlic Infused Spaghetti
A simple spaghetti packed with flavor from simple ingredients full of delicious umami flavor. This pasta is the definition of the phrase "less is more".
1⁄3 cup DaVinci olive oil
4 cloves garlic, mashed into a paste
4 tablespoons Reese Anchovy Paste
Pinch crushed red chile flakes
4 tbsp. butter, cubed and chilled
8 oz. DaVinci spaghetti
2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Freshly grated parmesan, for garnish
