Artichoke Grilled Cheese

There is nothing that hits the spot more than a warm grilled cheese! Try out this spin on a classic grilled cheese sandwich with Reese Artichoke Hearts! This recipe is not only simple to make, but will leave you wanting more!

4 Thick Slices Sourdough Bread 
4-6 Reese Tender Small Artichokes Hearts 
2 TBSP Basil Pesto 
6 oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese 
4 TBSP Salted Butter


1. In a large frying pan, melt 2 TBSP of butter over medium low heat
2. Place 2 pieces of the bread in the pan. Layer on the cheese, pesto, and artichokes. Top with Remaining slices of bread
3. Once golden brown, flip the sandwiches over and add the remaining 2 TBSP of butter. Cover with lid and continue cooking until bread is golden and cheese is melted
