Serves 2 Melts

  • 4 slices of bread (your choice)
  • ⅓ cup of 14oz. Quartered Marinated Artichoke Hearts
  • 2 oz of Vermont Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 oz of Colby Jack Cheese
  • 2 tbsp of unsalted butter + 1 tbsp of melted butter
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro about 1-2 tbsp, chopped)


Artichoke Melt is one of our most popular recipes! Based on spinach artichoke dip, it’s absolutely delicious in just 15 minutes.

1. Spread the butter over the bread. Slice both cheese thin enough, place the layer of cheddar cheese, then artichoke hearts with herbs and put the colby Jack cheese as the third layer. Cover with the slice bread, press on the sandwich quite hard.
2. Preheat the the grill pan on medium heat. Brush the bread with melted butter and place sandwiches on the grill pan and cover with the lid. Cook on each side for 3-5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
