INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cans Reese Large Smoked Oysters, drained

  • 2 tablespoons Reese Prepared Horseradish (or to taste)

  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs (panko or plain)

  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (plus more for garnish)

  • 1 garlic clove, minced (optional)

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

DESCRIPTION

Reese’s Smoked Oysters add a rich, savory depth, while Prepared Horseradish gives it a zesty kick. Finished with crisp golden breadcrumbs and a sprinkle of Parmesan, this dish is the perfect festive bite. Serve it warm with fresh lemon and parsley for a beautiful, crowd-pleasing plate.


DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Lightly grease an oven-safe baking dish or oyster shells if using.
  2. Prepare the topping by mixing together breadcrumbs, Parmesan, melted butter, lemon juice, parsley, and garlic (if using) in a small bowl.
  3. Place drained Reese Smoked Oysters into individual baking shells or in a single layer in the prepared dish. Top each oyster with 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of Reese Horseradish.
  4. Spoon the breadcrumb mixture generously over each oyster.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and crispy.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
