Candle Pop Recipe

No tricks, just treats! Light the Black Flame Candle Cake Pop filled with Reese Maraschino Cherries & savor this treat made with spooktacular sweetness.

Ingredients: 

1 Unfrosted cake
½ cup of chocolate frosting
1 jar of Reese's Maraschino Cherries (chopped)
White chocolate wafers
Slivered almonds
Edible paint for chocolate
Non-Edible Wooden Sticks

 

Directions: 
1. Smash Maraschino Cherries into cake and mix with frosting using your hands or a spatula.
2. Roll dough in plastic wrap to create a log.
3. Freeze the log of cake for about 30 minutes until semi firm.
4.Take the semi firm log out of the freezer and cut into 2 inch cylinders.
5. Put every cylinder on a stick and freeze for an additional 20 minutes.
6. Dip the pops into melted white chocolate.
7. Once chocolate has dried, paint your personalized designs on with red edible paint.
8. Top with a black almond sliver for the flame.
