INGREDIENTS
  • 4 Ciabatta Buns
  • 9” Frittata or crustless Quiche
  • 1 C Arugula
  • ½ C Reese Capers
  • 1 C Olive Tapenade
  • 8 Slices Prosciutto

DESCRIPTION

Bring some excitement to your meals with these Caper Frittata Sandwiches! These Sandwiches are easy to make, and can be served right away or saved for later. 


DIRECTIONS
1. Slice the buns in half and slice the frittata in 4 equal slices as close to the size of the ciabatta as possible.
2. Assemble by placing arugula on the bottom, then the slice of frittata. Layer on 2 slices of prosciutto per sandwich. Then, add the olive tapenade and sprinkle on the capers.2.
