Chicken and Water Chestnut Lettuce Wraps
These light and tasty wraps are great for appetizers with friends or a healthy dinner idea during the week.
½ cup Reese Sliced Water Chestnut 8 oz
¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
¼ cup coconut sugar
2 tablespoons maple syrup
½ cup water
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3 tablespoons DaVinci olive oil
1 lb ground chicken
1 cup carrot, sliced
2 heads butter lettuce, washed and dried
1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds, to garnish
1 bunch green onions, diced, to garnish
