This is the best family recipe we have!
Our family recipe is beloved by both the young and the old. Try this easy yet refined dish with tender chicken and creamy caper sauce. It won’t let you down, I promise!
DIRECTIONS
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Combine in a small bowl the lemon pepper, salt, dill and garlic powder. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
In a spacious skillet over medium heat, let the butter melt. Add the chicken and cook until both sides turn golden brown and the chicken is fully cooked, approximately 5-7 minutes per side. Once done, transfer the chicken to a plate and cover it with foil to retain warmth.
In the same skillet, pour in the cream and whisk while scraping off the browned bits from the pan’s bottom. Cook until the mixture achieves a thickness that coats the back of a spoon. Stir in the capers. (Note: The sauce will continue to thicken as it cools.) Serve the chicken with a delightful topping of the creamy sauce.
