Classic Artichoke Dip

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can (14 oz) Reese Chopped Artichoke Hearts
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, but highly recommended)

        DESCRIPTION
        This Spinach Artichoke Dip is a Game Day classic for a reason. Creamy, savory, and made with Reese Chopped Artichokes, it delivers rich flavor and perfect texture for every scoop.

        DIRECTIONS
        1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
        2. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
        3. Stir in garlic, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
        4. Fold in the spinach and Reese Chopped Artichoke Hearts.
        5. Spread mixture evenly into the baking dish.
        6. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, until hot and bubbly with a lightly golden top.
        7. Let cool for minutes (it’ll thicken a bit), then dig in.
        8. Serve with tortilla/pita chips, toasted baguette slices, crackers, or scoop it with veggies.
