Classic Cheeseburger with a Horseradish Sauce

Take your classic go-to cheeseburger and take it to new heights with a simple Reese creamy horseradish sauce made with Reese Horseradish. Give your burger the kick of heat it's missing.

4 Brioche Burger Buns 
4 TBSP Salted Butter 
4 1/2 lb Beef Burger Patties 
Salt and Pepper to Taste 
Seasoning Salt 
4 Slices American Cheese 
1 Beefsteak Tomato, sliced 
Dill Pickle Slices 
Shredded Lettuce 

For the Creamy Horseradish Sauce 
1/4 C Mayonnaise 
1/4 C Buttermilk 
2 TBSP Reese Prepared Horseradish 
Salt and Pepper to Taste 
2 TBSP each fresh chopped Dill and Parsley 
1 tsp each Garlic Powder and Onion Powder 


1. Prepare the horseradish sauce by whisking together the mayo, buttermilk, and horseradish. Stir in the remaining ingredients and set aside.
2. Season the burger patties with salt, pepper, and seasoning salt. Grill to your desired doneness.
3. While the burgers are grilling, butter the buns and toast them on a griddle or skillet. Set aside
4. Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and top with plenty of the creamy horseradish sauce.
5. Serve with fries.
