Flip the script on fast food favorites with our Reese-inspired take on the In-N-Out Flying Dutchman. Featuring Reese Caramelized Onions and our own caramelized onion aioli recipe, this is your 15-minute ticket to a homemade gourmet experience.
DIRECTIONS
- Combine hamburger meat, salt, pepper, garlic powder, 2 tablespoons Reese caramelized onions, and the egg together in a medium bowl
- Form the meat mixture in to 2, ½ lb burger patties and start cooking them either on the grill, flat top, or on the stovetop
- In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons Reese caramelized onions
- When the burgers are nearly done, top each with a slice of cheddar cheese until melted
- Remove the burgers from heat and place the patty on a caramelized onion mayo brushed brioche bun
- Top the burger more Reese caramelized onions, a piece of lettuce, and a slice of onion
- Serve with fries if desired and enjoy!
