INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb organic grass-fed hamburger meat
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • 2 jars of Reese Specialty Food’s Caramelized Onions (split up in the burger, mayo, and on top)
  • ¼ cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 brioche buns
  • Butter lettuce
  • Sliced onions
  • 2 slices of extra sharp cheddar cheese

DESCRIPTION
Flip the script on fast food favorites with our Reese-inspired take on the In-N-Out Flying Dutchman. Featuring Reese Caramelized Onions and our own caramelized onion aioli recipe, this is your 15-minute ticket to a homemade gourmet experience.

DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine hamburger meat, salt, pepper, garlic powder, 2 tablespoons Reese caramelized onions, and the egg together in a medium bowl
  2. Form the meat mixture in to 2, ½ lb burger patties and start cooking them either on the grill, flat top, or on the stovetop
  3. In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons Reese caramelized onions
  4. When the burgers are nearly done, top each with a slice of cheddar cheese until melted
  5. Remove the burgers from heat and place the patty on a caramelized onion mayo brushed brioche bun
  6. Top the burger more Reese caramelized onions, a piece of lettuce, and a slice of onion
  7. Serve with fries if desired and enjoy!
