DIRECTIONS
1. In a small bowl, stir together the garlic, parsley, red pepper flakes, and butter.
2. Lightly toast the baguette slices. Then top each slice with Reese Golden Smoked Filets of Trout. Drizzle some of the garlic butter mixture over the trout and Reese Non Pareil Capers and serve.
