Garlic Butter Trout Crostinis

A sophisticated yet simple and easy to assemble appetizer. Wow your guests or family with this delicious Garlic Butter Trout Crostinis recipe.

Ingredients: 

2 tbsp Chopped Garlic
1 tbsp Chopped Parsley
1 tbsp drained Reese Non Pareil Capers 
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
2 tbsp Butter, melted
2 Cans Reese Golden Smoked Filets of Trout
1 Baguette, sliced

Directions: 
1. In a small bowl, stir together the garlic, parsley, red pepper flakes, and butter.
2. Lightly toast the baguette slices. Then top each slice with Reese Golden Smoked Filets of Trout. Drizzle some of the garlic butter mixture over the trout and Reese Non Pareil Capers and serve.
