Hot Pepper Jelly Glazed Carrots

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb carrots (peeled, tops trimmed if using whole)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ⅓ cup Reese Hot Pepper Jelly
  • 2-3 tbsp water
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

DESCRIPTION

Sweet, spicy, and irresistibly glossy, these Reese Glazed Carrots are a vibrant spring side dish. Tender carrots are coated in Reese Hot Pepper Jelly, creating the perfect balance of heat and sweetness. Finished with a sprinkle of fresh parsley, they bring a bright, flavorful pop to any seasonal table.  


DIRECTIONS
  1. Add carrots to a large skillet with water and a pinch of salt. Cover and cook until just tender.
  2. Remove lid and let water reduce.
  3. Add butter and Reese Hot Pepper Jelly. Toss to coat.
  4. Cook until carrots are glossy and glazed.
  5. Finish with chopped parsley.
