A quick, flavor packed salad that will leave you satisfied and full of energy to take on the rest of the day.
DIRECTIONS
1. Add your greens to your salad platter.
2. Arrange your hearts of palm, artichokes, beets and avocado on top.
3. Add shrimp.
4. Drizzle with your vinaigrette. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
5. Tip: Avoid tossing this salad so the beets don’t stain the greens.
