A vegetarian spin on a summer classic! It’s the perfect substitute you won’t even notice the difference.
DIRECTIONS
1. Drain and cut the hearts of palm in small chunks and place in a large bowl and set aside
2. Small dice the celery and add to the same bowl
3. Add dill, chives, seasoning, lemon juice, zest and mayonnaise. Stir to combine.
4. Slice the buns and brush with melted butter. Quickly place on grill to warm
5. Fill each bun with hearts of palm mixture.
6. Garnish with fresh dill and chives and a squeeze of lemon
7. Serve and enjoy!
