It’s time to savor the ultimate summer appetizer with some Hearts of Palm “Scallops”. So tender and meaty, they’re the perfect appetizer or side dish for parties or dinners.
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Meanwhile, pat the hearts of palm dry.
2. Dip each side of the hearts of palm rounds in the seasoning and then fry in the skillet for about 2 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and place on a wire rack or paper towel.
