  • 1/4 cup oat milk (or other plant milk of choice)
  • 1 scoop of your favorite chocolate-flavored protein powder, or alternatively use cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons all-natural peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal
  • Sweetener of choice to taste, if wished (eg maple syrup, or agave)
