Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 5.3 oz of Reese‘s chopped artichoke hearts, drained (150 grams / ca. 1 cup)
  • 1/4 cup oat milk (or other plant milk of choice)
  • 1 scoop of your favorite chocolate-flavored protein powder, or alternatively use cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons all-natural peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal
  • Sweetener of choice to taste, if wished (eg maple syrup, or agave)
Directions: 
1. Drain and shortly rinse Reese’s chopped artichoke hearts.
2. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately!
