Keto Vegan Calamari

  • 2 cans of Reese Hearts of Palm
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 ½ cups Carrington Farms Plain Keto Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic powder 


It’s your lucky day because we have the recipe just for you! All you need are keto bread crumbs and our Hearts of Palm. You can enjoy a yummy plant-based keto vegan snack without the hassle!

1. Slice the Heart of Palms into 5-6 mm thick discs. The centers come apart automatically.
2. Prepare two bowls, one with the Carrington Farms Keto Bread Crumbs and spices and one with the plant milk.
3. Dip every heart of palm ring into the milk and then into the Carrington Farms Keto Bread Crumbs.
4. Place the rings on an oiled baking sheet or airfryer basket and bake until golden (around 15 mins).
5. For the dipping sauce, combine 1/2 cup sour cream with 1 tsp sriracha sauce.
