Feeling a bit slow this winter? Whip up our Easy Breezy Curry! It’s a veggie dream, featuring Reese Sliced Water Chestnuts and our Pickled Whole Baby Corn for that perfect crunch and zest. Quick to prepare and delightful to eat, our ingredients ensure a crispy, flavorful experience in every bite. 

  1. Heat a pot on medium-high heat then add the cooking oil, red curry paste and curry powder. Stir and cook for about one minute to bloom.
  2. Next, add the shiitake mushrooms and chopped carrots. Saute for a couple of minutes.
  3. Add the vegetable broth and full fat coconut milk. Stir to combine.
  4. To the pot add the ramen noodles and baby bok choy. Add a lid and bring to a simmer. Cook until the ramen noodles are cooked and the vegetables are tender.
  5. Lastly, add Reese® Whole Baby Corn on the Cob, Reese® Sliced Water Chestnuts and soy sauce. Allow to simmer for a couple of minutes then turn off the heat. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Serve in a large soup bowl with a spoon and chopsticks.
