Ingredients:

12oz green beans, rinsed and trimmed
Water (enough to cover green beans by ~ 1”)
1, 10oz jar of Reese Ready to Eat Marinated Artichokes, halved
4 tsp of marinate from the jar of artichokes
2 tsp olive oil
Pinch of salt
2 tsp Reese Non Pareil Capers
2 tsp lemon zest
2 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
1. Place green beans in a medium saucepan and fill the pan with water until the green beans are covered with approximately 1” of water. Boil over medium heat until the green beans are fork tender (about 7-10 minutes). Drain and rinse with cool water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
2. In a medium or large skillet, add the artichokes, marinade, olive oil, and salt and saute until the artichokes are slightly browned and most of the liquid has evaporated off (about 8-10 minutes). Add the capers, lemon juice, and lemon zest and toss to coat. Add in the green beans, toss to combine, and serve.
