Lemony Whipped Feta with Marinated Capers

for the marinated capers
1 (3.5 oz) jar Reese Specialty Foods Capers, drained
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp fennel seeds, roughly chopped
1 clove of garlic, cut in 2-3 pieces 2-3 strips orange zest
1/4 cup DaVinci extra virgin olive oil
for the whipped feta
1 8-oz block of feta cheese
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1 tbsp DaVinci extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
