INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup Reese® Instant Tapioca 
  • 10 cups water
  • 4 Mangos, cut into cubes 
  • 13.5 ounces Full Fat Coconut Milk 
  • 10 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk

 


DESCRIPTION

Mango Sago, we love the sound of that! Recreate this traditional Cantonese dessert with Reese Instant Tapioca Pearls this National Tapioca Day! For those hotter days where you don’t feel like baking, opt for this sweet, mango filled refreshing treat instead!


DIRECTIONS
1. Using a large pot, bring 10 cups of water to a boil with 1 cup of Cook the Reese® Instant Tapioca. Cook on high heat while stirring frequently to make sure the tapioca does not clump together or stick to the bottom of the pot. Cook for about 10 minutes or until translucent then drain and transfer to a bowl with cold water.

3. Pour the mango mixture into a large bowl then add the drained tapioca aka sago and stir to combine.
