Mint Chocolate Chip Popsicles

This popsicle is poppin’! The perfect way to beat the heat, these creamy popsicles made with our minty & cool Crème de Menthe Syrup will satisfy the whole family’s minty sweet tooth! Mix up an extra batch and stash them in the freezer so you never have to be without this hot summer day savior!

Ingredients: 
  • 2 cups greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 tbsp honey  
  • 1/3 tsp Reese Crème de Menthe Syrup
  • 1/3 tsp vanilla extract
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions: 
1. In a large bowl mix the greek yogurt and milk together.
2. Once combined add in honey, Reese Crème de Menthe Syrup, vanilla extract and food dye if desired.
3. Mix in the chocolate chips.
4. Pour the popsicle mixture into your favorite mold and freeze for at least 4 hours.
5. If you like a sweet popsicle use more sugar. You can easily taste the mixture before freezing to ensure you'll like the flavor once frozen.
