Oyster Rockefeller Artichoke Dip


INGREDIENTS
  • 9 oz Reese Smoked Oyster
  • 10 oz frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 2 Tsp green onions
  • 1 Tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Mayo of your choice
  • 1 Tsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tsp butter or the juices from the oyster can
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 5-6 dashes of Tabasco or your favorite hot sauce.
  • 1 tbsp butter or the juices from the oyster can.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
  • Black pepper and salt to taste

DIRECTIONS
  1. Fold all the ingredients together in a medium size bowl
  2. Spray the baking pan with cooking spray Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes or until Hot or bubbly
