Oyster Rockefeller Artichoke Dip
Medium Smoked Oysters
INGREDIENTS
9 oz
Reese Smoked Oyster
10 oz frozen spinach thawed and drained
2 Tsp green onions
1 Tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup Mayo of your choice
1 Tsp lemon juice
1 Tsp butter or the juices from the oyster can
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
5-6 dashes of Tabasco or your favorite hot sauce.
1 tbsp butter or the juices from the oyster can.
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
Black pepper and salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
Fold all the ingredients together in a medium size bowl
Spray the baking pan with cooking spray Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes or until Hot or bubbly
