Reese Artichoke Dip

Reese Artichoke Dip

Serves 6-8

INGREDIENTS
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise 
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced 
  • 1 cup of Reese Chopped Artichoke Hearts
  • 1 cup of Reese Hearts Of Palm, chopped
  • ½ cup of grilled jalapeños, diced (approx. 3)
  • 1 ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • ¾ cup Parmesan cheese, grated 
  • 1 ½ cups grilled chicken, chopped finely

DESCRIPTION

This is the BEST DIP we’ve ever made! It’s super cheesy and creamy while also being packed with flavor from the Reese Chopped Artichokes and Hearts of Palm. We added grilled chicken, with the help of our Schmidt Bros Grill set, for a bit of delicious and unique texture. Trust us when we say you will not be able to STOP eating this dip.


DIRECTIONS
  1. Grill the chicken and jalapeños and allow to cool. Chop the chicken and deseed the jalapeños and dice.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°. 
  3. In a large bowl, add the chicken, jalapeños, and remaining ingredients, reserving ½ cup of mozzarella cheese. Use a spoon to fully mix. 
  4. Pour the mixture into a 9 in cast iron skillet and top with remaining mozzarella cheese. 
  5. Place in oven and bake for 25 min. Before removing, change the oven to broil and allow the cheese to brown for 2-3 minutes. 
  6. Serve warm and enjoy with chips!
