1. Place bread on a flat surface/cutting board and spread 1 teaspoon butter over top side of each slice. You may want to spread more depending on the size of your bread slices.
2. Place two tablespoons of shredded mozzarella, 2-3 slices of avocados, 2-3 slices of Reese Tender Small Artichoke Hearts, 2-3 slices of salami, and one tablespoon of shredded mozzarella on the unbuttered side of the bread slices.
3. Place a bread slice on top and spread another teaspoon of butter on it.
4. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium.
5. Place the sandwiches buttered side down in the skillet and cook it until the underside is golden brown and cheese is melted about 2-3 minutes.
6. Serve warm with your favorite sides or just by itself.
