Reese Artichoke Sun Dried Tomato Spread

  • ⅔ cup creamy goat cheese
  • ⅓ cup light cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup marinated Reese Quartered Marinated Artichoke Hearts, chopped, blotted with a paper towel to remove excess oil
  • 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes (not packed in oil), chopped
  • 2 tablespoons basil, cut into thin strips
  • ½ teaspoon orange zest
  • Salt to taste


This delicious spread will leave you wanting more. It has the perfect mix of artichoke and sun-dried tomatoes creating the best dip texture and an explosion of amazing flavors. Spread this dip onto your favorite cracker or bread. 

1. Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add basil, zest and salt. Mix just until blended.
3. Enjoy with your choice of crackers/ bread!
