Roasted Artichokes with Horseradish Aioli

An intense kick of flavor in a creamy aioli makes the perfect dip for roasted artichokes or as a spread on a roast beef sandwich.

1 can Reese Tender Small Artichokes Hearts drained and dried with a paper towel
1 Tbsp DaVinci olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Horseradish Aioli
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1-2 tbls Reese Prepared Horseradish
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 garlic clove minced
Juice of half a lemon

1. Preheat the oven on 425
2. Pat the artichokes hearts dry. Toss with, olive oil, salt and pepper together.
3. Place artichokes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Roast for about 25-30 minutes or until crispy, tossing every 10 minutes.
