DIRECTIONS
- Place the ground beef in a large bowl, mix with gloved hands and then shape into 6 large balls.
- Heat a large cast iron skillet on medium heat with oil and then place the beef balls one at time. Salt and pepper to taste and then smash using a burger press
- Flip and then top with caramelized onions and cheese. Place the top bun directly on the cheese followed by the bottom bun upside down to warm with steam.
- Mix together your sauce in a small bowl and then smear a spoonful onto your bottom bun before placing the remainder of the burger on top.
- Enjoy with fries and more sauce!
