DESCRIPTION

Turn up the heat at dinner with our Spicy Fajitas, featuring Reese Spicy Caramelized Onions. The perfect pinch of spice from our onions adds a robust, tantalizing flavor to each fajita. Enjoy a vibrant meal that brings the zest and excitement of a fiesta to your table!

DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix olive oil and fajita spices in a large bowl. Add the chicken, ensuring it’s well-coated. Marinate for at least 5 minutes, ideally 30 minutes, or overnight in the refrigerator for best flavor.
  2. Heat a cast iron pan over medium heat and add olive oil. Cook the chicken 4-5 minutes per side until done. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add more olive oil if the pan is dry. Sauté the bell peppers, jalapeño peppers (if using), and onions for 7-8 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
  4. Return the chicken to the pan, add Reese Spicy Caramelized Onions, and heat until warmed.
  5. Remove from heat, squeeze lime juice over the mix, and serve on warmed tortillas with your choice of toppings.
