DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
2. Slice both sheets of puff pastry on a diagonal so you have 4 pieces. Then, line up the straight edges and pinch them together creating 2 large triangle shapes.
3. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, spinach, artichokes, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
4. Spread the mixture over one of the triangles, sprinkle with the mozzarella, then place the second triangle on top.

6. Twist each branch gently.
7. Whisk the egg with 1 TBSP of water and brush the egg wash all over the puff pastry. Sprinkle with salt.
8. Bake at 375 for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
9. Serve immediately.
