Spinach Artichoke Dip

Serves 6

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 7.5 ounce jar Reese® Quartered Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 12 ounces fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1/4 grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 baguette, sliced


Every dinner needs a remarkable dip to keep everyone at bay until the entrees are ready. That’s when the classic Reese Marinated Artichokes and spinach combination steals the show.

1. Heat a small skillet over medium heat then add 1 teaspoon of olive oil and the chopped spinach. Cook until wilted then remove from the heat and allow to cool.
2. Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, Reese® Quartered Marinated Artichoke Hearts, cooked and cooled spinach, grated parmesan, crushed garlic and salt to a food processor and blend until at desired consistency.
3. Serve with slices of baguette.
