Summer Seafood Boil

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 Claws Snow Crab Legs
  • 2 lb Mussels
  • 3 Cans Reese Smoked Medium Oysters  
  • 4 Ears of Corn, cut into thirds
  • 1 lb Baby Red Potatoes, quartered
  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled with tails on
  • 12 oz Andouille Sausage, cut into ½ inch coins
  • 4 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Old bay Seasoning
  • Parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • Lemon and Lime Wedges, for serving
  • Crab Cakes
  • Hearts of Palm “Scallops”
  • Garlic Butter Trout Crostinis

DESCRIPTION

An impressive meal in one pot that’s perfect for feeding a crowd! With snow crab legs, mussels, oysters, and shrimp there’s truly something for everyone in this filling seafood dinner recipe.


DIRECTIONS
1. In a large pot, boil 3-4 inches of water. Once boiling, add the red potatoes and corn and cook for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add in the mussels, crab legs, and shrimp.
2. Cover the pot and let steam for 5-10 minutes until the shrimp is cooked through and the clams have opened up.
3. Drain the pot and dump the seafood out onto a large tray. Pour the melted butter and Old Bay seasoning on top and mix to combine. Garnish with parsley, Reese Smoked Medium Oysters and serve with lemon and lime wedges.
