  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
