INGREDIENTS
  • 4 C Cooked Sushi Rice
  • 1 Can Reese Hearts of Palm
  • ¼ C Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 English Cucumber, diced
  • ½ C Edamame
  • ½ C Shredded Purple Cabbage
  • 1 Avocado, sliced thin
  • 6 Sheets Seaweed 
  • Black Sesame Seeds, optional
  • Shichimi, optional (*or your favorite Japanese spice blend like Togarashi, Furikake, etc…)
  • Spicy Vegan Mayo

DESCRIPTION

This Vegan Sushi Bowl is perfect for everyone who love sushi! It is incredibly easy to make, fresh, delicious, and packed with flavor!


DIRECTIONS
1. Prepare the rice according to package directions.
