Vegan Sushi Bowls

This Vegan Sushi Bowl is perfect for everyone who love sushi! It is incredibly easy to make, fresh, delicious, and packed with flavor!

Ingredients: 

4 C Cooked Sushi Rice
1 Can Reese Hearts of Palm
¼ C Teriyaki Sauce
1 English Cucumber, diced
½ C Edamame
½ C Shredded Purple Cabbage
1 Avocado, sliced thin
6 Sheets Seaweed 
Black Sesame Seeds, optional
Shichimi, optional (*or your favorite Japanese spice blend like Togarashi, Furikake, etc…)
Spicy Vegan Mayo

 

Directions: 
1. Prepare the rice according to package directions.
2. Drain the hearts of palm and slice into strips. Toss with the teriyaki sauce.
3. Plate the rice, then top with remaining ingredients.
4. Finish with sesame seeds, shichimi, and a drizzle of spicy mayo.
