Wings with Salsa Verde
Our Salsa Verde made with Reese Capers is a light and bright sauce, great with grilled or baked proteins, veggies, you name it! It's the perfect sauce to dip and coat our crispy chicken wings in.
1 lb Chicken Wings, fresh not frozen
2 TBSP Baking Powder
2 tsp Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
For the Caper Chimichurri Sauce
1/2 C DaVinci Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic
Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
Juice of 1 Lemon
1/2 C Parsley
1/2 C Cilantro
2 TBSP Reese Non Pareil Capers
Salt and Pepper to Tast
