Black Olive Paté with Anchovy Paste

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup black olives, pitted
  • 1/4 cup DaVinci Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Reese Anchovy Paste 

DESCRIPTION

A simple 4-ingredient recipe to enjoy infinite ways! Enjoy with crostini, your favorite bread, crackers. Even spread a layer on sandwiches for an extra layer of umami flavor. 


DIRECTIONS
1. Drain the olives from the brine and place them in a blender. Add the olive oil and anchovy paste.
2. Blend the mixture until smooth. Add the mixture to a bowl.
3. Taste the mixture and add salt to taste.
4. Enjoy!
