INGREDIENTS
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 12 oz Reese Marinated Artichoke Hearts
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 2 scallions, sliced
  • Carrot sticks
  • Celery sticks
  • Blue corn tortilla chips

DESCRIPTION

Halloween season is here and we’re excited for a deliciously spooky appetizer– Spinach Artichoke dip served in a cauldron. This recipe will put a spell on you.


DIRECTIONS
1. Add the cream cheese, spinach, Reese Marinated Artichoke Hearts, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and 3 tbsp of the Reese Marinated Artichoke Hearts brine to a blender and process until smooth.
