Cottage Cheese and Hot Jelly Crackers

An easy, appetizer/snack that is hard to put down. Reese Hot Pepper Jelly is a great topping, bringing heat which makes this simple recipe irresistible.

Ingredients: 

Reese Hot Pepper Jelly
1 box Crackers, we like Wellington Crackers
1 cup plain cottage cheese

 

Directions: 
Place about 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese on a cracker and top with a generous scoop of hot jelly.
Enjoy!
