DIRECTIONS
1. Make the aioli: In a bowl, stir together ingredients until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Store in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.

3. Drain the artichoke hearts and pat them dry. Slice each artichoke in half and pat them dry once again.
4. Place the flour in a shallow bowl and season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
5. Beat the eggs in another bowl and season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
6. In another shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, remaining 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and garlic powder.
7. Working in batches, dredge each artichoke heart in flour, then dip in the egg, and then coat in the breadcrumbs. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
8.Spray the tops of the artichokes with cooking spray and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
9. Serve immediately with lemon herb aioli.
