Ham Glaze and Hot Pepper Jelly Glazed Wings

INGREDIENTS

For the Wings
  • 2 ½ lb chicken wings (split, tips removed)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder (for crispiness)
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
For the GlazeOptional Garnish
  • Sesame seeds
  • Sliced green onions

DESCRIPTION
These wings are glazed with Reese Hot Pepper Jelly and Reese Ham Glaze, both ready to use, big on flavor, and easy to brush on straight from the jar.

DIRECTIONS
  1. Prep the Wings: Pat wings very dry. Toss with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  2. Oven Method: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Arrange wings on a wire rack over a foil-lined sheet pan. Bake 45-50 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp and golden.
  3. Air fryer Method: Cook at 400°F for 18-22 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Glaze & Set: Toss hot wings in Reese Hot Pepper Jelly and Reese Ham Glaze. Return wings to over or air fryer for 5-7 minutes to set the glaze and get sticky.
