Imagine a beautifully glazed, sweet-and-salty spiral ham that practically sings on the holiday table.
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and position the rack in the middle.
- Prepare the ham:
- Remove any packaging and the plastic button/disc from the bottom.
- Place ham flat-side down in a large baking dish or roasting pan.
- Insert an oven-safe thermometer into the center of the ham (avoid touching the bone).
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 12–15 minutes per pound, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (about 90 minutes).
- When the ham reaches 140°F, remove from the oven and increase oven temperature to 425°F.
- Uncover the ham, then generously brush the Reese Ham Glaze all over it, making sure to coat between the spiral layers for maximum flavor.
- Return to the oven (uncovered) for 10–15 minutes, or until the glaze becomes sticky, glossy, and irresistible.
