Hearts Of Palm Dip With Gruyere And Spinach

  • 7 oz. Reese Hearts of Palm (1/2 can)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 8 oz Greek cream cheese, softened
  • 3 oz Gruyere cheese
  • 1/4 cups olive oil mayonnaise
  • Sea salt and cracked pepper to taste


Hot and bubbly, this dip is so cheesy and packed with flavor, you won’t stop eating it. 

1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Shred the Gruyere cheese. Peel and mince the garlic.
2. Add the cheese and garlic to a mixing bowl along with softened cream cheese, olive oil-based mayo, and salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
3. Drain and thinly slice three Reese Hearts of Palm. Wash and roughly chop the spinach. Add them to the bowl with the cheeses and stir.
4. Scoop the dip mixture into an oven-safe dish and bake at 375 F for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling. Serve this delicious Hearts of Palm Dip with Gruyere and Spinach warm with French bread, crackers, or crudite!
