INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Russet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Reese Smoked Carmelized Onions
  • 2 tbsp Salted Butter
  • 1 small bunch of Chives, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Sour Cream
  • Reese Non-Pareil Capers

DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  2. Rinse off and dry russet potatoes. 
  3. Prick holes in the potatoes using a fork
  4. Brush oil all over the surface of the potatoes and sprinkle with salt.
  5. Bake for 1 hour and 25 minutes.
  6. Let cool slightly and then cut a cross into the top of each potato.
  7. Squeeze the potato at the corners, opening up the cross, making room for toppings.
  8. Top with salted butter, Reese Smoked Caramelized Onions, chives, sour cream and Reese Capers. 
  9. Enjoy!
