  • 6 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled

  • Crackers, toasted baguette slices, pretzels, fresh vegetables

DESCRIPTION
This Million Dollar Dip is a rich, crowd-pleasing appetizer that’s perfect for game days, holiday gatherings, and casual entertaining. Reese Original Caramelized Onions add a sweet, savory depth of flavor without the time-consuming prep of caramelized onions from scratch. This easy make-ahead dip is delicious served with crackers, toasted baguette slices, pretzels, or fresh vegetables.

DIRECTIONS

1. Toast the slivered almonds in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently until lightly golden. Set aside to cool.
2. Cook the bacon until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate, then crumble into small pieces.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, Reese Original Caramelized Onions, crumbled bacon, toasted almonds, sliced green onions, cayenne pepper (if using), and black pepper. Stir until evenly combined.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
5. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with additional bacon, green onions, and toasted almonds, or a spoonful of Reese Original Caramelized Onions, if desired. Serve with crackers, baguette slices, pretzels, or fresh vegetables.
