Mixed Vegetable Artichoke Dip

  • 1 Package Cream Cheese
  • 2/3 Cup Hellmann’s Mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Package Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
  • 1 Can Reese Artichoke Hearts, Drained & Chopped
  • 4 Ounces Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • Fresh Parsley Garnish


A classic dip that makes for a crowd-pleasing appetizer! Rich, creamy and full of flavor enhanced with Reese Quartered Artichokes! It’s a can’t-get-enough kind of recipe.

1. With a hand or stand mixer, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and cream cheese. Whipping until smooth, and no clumps remain.
2. Add in the Knorr vegetable mix and whip until combined.
3. Fold in the chopped artichoke hearts and monterey jack cheese. (Reserve a little cheese to use as a garnish)
4. Place in an oven preheated to 350 degrees. Bake for 25 Minutes, or until the top begins to brown.
5. To serve cold, without baking, let the dip set in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
