DIRECTIONS
For the pork belly:
1. Season with a layer of black pepper and your favorite BBQ rub

3. Glaze 2-3 times with Reese Ham Glaze during the 45 minute cook time (every 15 minutes).
Ramen broth:
4. Sauté shallots. Once translucent add in garlic and ginger (about 1 tbsp each).
