Spinach Artichoke Dip

Who can deny this deliciously rich, creamy and perfectly cheesy dip? It's a popular crowd favorite!

1 - 14 oz. can Reese Chopped Artichoke Hearts, drained 
6 oz. spinach, fresh or frozen (if frozen, be sure to thaw and squeeze to drain excess liquid)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, minced
2/3 cup finely shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese
Pepper, to taste

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a small baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
2. In a mixing bowl stir together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, parmesan, mozzarella and pepper.
3. Stir in artichokes and spinach.
4. Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven until heated thoroughly, about 20 minutes.
5. Serve warm and enjoy with tortilla chips, crackers or toasted baguette slices!
