Every dinner needs a remarkable dip to keep everyone at bay until the entrees are ready. That’s when the classic Reese Marinated Artichokes and spinach combination steals the show.
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat a small skillet over medium heat then add 1 tsp of olive oil and the chopped spinach. Cook until wilted then remove from the heat and allow to cool.
2. Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, Reese Quartered Marinated Artichoke Hearts, cooked and cooled spinach, grated parmesan, crushed garlic and salt to a food processor and blend until at desired consistency.
3. Serve with slices of baguette.
